Job Description

• Who can provide excellent services to complex business scenarios with integration of SAP ABAP, HANA & ABAP on HANA by having/acquiring domain expertise.
• Should have successfully completed SAP ABAP/ABAP on HANA projects for clients with substantial user base.
• The one will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the standards and procedures in force (Best practices, Standards, Architecture, Security, Quality, Documentation)
• With very strong communication skills to discuss the business needs and able to challenge the technical squads on solution design & architecture
• Person should be able to identify the pain areas and able to provide future ready, high performant, robust, scalable & sustainable solution
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies specially Skills :
• Strong Communication skills with ability of client facing roles
• Must have Expertise in RICEF objects with performance optimization
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP OOPs
• Hand-on Experience in SAP ABAP on HANA
• Must be proficient in debugging & problem solving skills
• Good Exposure to Technical/Functional Design, UTs, reviews etc
• Should be able to lead the team and resolve the technical queries
• Proficiency in Team building, Team management, process definition & adherence
• Must be able to play the role of SM and should be able to drive
• Ability to define, extract and present delivery KPIs
  
  

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori &/or any functional domain will be an added advantage
