Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ServiceNow Project Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow to oversee and manage client-specific projects. This role requires experience in project management or engagement management within IT service management, with a primary focus on ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills, along with the ability to handle project complexities and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Manage end-to-end PM for clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Client Engagement and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Lenovo stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, guiding team members to achieve project success.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, providing support and removing roadblocks as necessary.
ServiceNow Expertise and Application:
- Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow to oversee project configurations, implementations, and optimizations.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and methodologies, aligning project outcomes with client requirements.
- Stay current on ServiceNow updates and enhancements, applying relevant features to improve project delivery.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Track and report on project performance, creating regular progress reports for internal and client review.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
- Conduct post-implementation evaluations, providing insights for continuous improvement in project processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or engagement management, with a focus on ServiceNow projects.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, ITSM processes, and implementation practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
