Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with strong experience in HR ABAP and modern SAP technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications while ensuring high-quality delivery and collaboration with functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP applications with focus on quality and performance
- Work on Object-Oriented ABAP and Web Dynpro ABAP developments
- Design and implement HR ABAP solutions including reports, interfaces, and enhancements
- Develop Adobe Forms / SmartForms
- Implement enhancements using BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Points
- Build and consume services using SAP Gateway (OData, SOAP, REST APIs)
- Perform XSLT transformations for data integration
- Work closely with functional teams to understand and deliver business requirements
- Support testing, deployment, and production issues
Required Skills- 7–10 years of SAP ABAP development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- ABAP Object-Oriented Programming
- Web Dynpro ABAP
- Workflow
- HR ABAP
- Adobe Interactive Forms / SmartForms
- Enhancement Framework (BADI/User Exits)
- SAP Gateway (OData, SOAP & REST Services)
- XSLT Transformations
- Good understanding of at least one SAP functional module
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong focus on quality and delivery
Good to Have- Business Server Pages (BSP)
- SAP Integration (IDOC / PI / Proxy / Web Services)
- BW Extractors
- SAPUI5 / HTML5 / JavaScript
- Basic SAP CRM knowledge
- Experience with Solution Manager CHARM
