Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for SAP systems, focusing on SAP ABAP on HANA environments.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of business-critical systems.
- Monitor system performance and perform debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system functionality and issue resolution.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to solutioning for technical challenges.
- Document processes, issues, and solutions to enhance team knowledge and support continuity.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely support solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Work independently on support tasks while contributing to team goals and outcomes.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and data modeling.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a support environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and support practices.
Education: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field).
