We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong BOPF and RICEF expertise to join our growing team in Bangalore.
If you are passionate about building robust SAP technical solutions and have strong hands-on experience in ABAP development, custom objects, debugging, performance tuning, and backend technical enhancements, this opportunity is for you.
This role is ideal for professionals who have worked across SAP ABAP core development and can contribute effectively to business-critical developments in SD, MM, and Logistics areas.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for:
✔ Developing and enhancing RICEF objects
✔ Working on BOPF framework based developments
✔ Designing and building custom ABAP solutions
✔ Creating and supporting:
- Reports
- Interfaces
- Conversions
- Enhancements
- Forms
✔ Working on:
- ALV Reports
- Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
- IDOCs / RFCs / BAPIs
- BADIs / User Exits / Enhancements
✔ Performing technical analysis, coding, testing, and support
✔ Troubleshooting complex SAP technical issues
✔ Performing debugging and performance tuning
✔ Collaborating with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions
✔ Supporting developments across SD, MM, and Logistics business processes
✔ Contributing to technical documentation, deployment, and support activities
✅ Required Skills
We are looking for candidates with:
- 6–8 years of strong SAP ABAP development experience
- Proven expertise in RICEF development
- Hands-on experience with BOPF
- Strong experience in:
- ABAP Reports
- Enhancements
- Interfaces
- Forms
- Conversions
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
- Experience with IDOCs, RFCs, BAPIs, ALV
- Exposure to Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
- Strong understanding of SAP backend technical architecture
- Experience in at least one functional area:
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP Logistics
⭐ Preferred Skills
Candidates with the below skills will have an added advantage:
- Exposure to OData Services
- Experience with CDS Views
- Knowledge of SAP BTP
- Exposure to S/4HANA technical developments
- Experience in Fiori backend integrations
- Knowledge of modern SAP technical architecture
