Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP + CRM Consultant with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP CRM functional/technical support. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions integrated with ABAP developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and enhance SAP ABAP objects such as Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Conversions, and Workflows.
Work on SAP CRM technical developments including Web UI, Middleware, One Order Framework, BOL/GENIL, and CRM Enhancements.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions in SAP ABAP and CRM modules.
Develop interfaces between SAP CRM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
Support CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Interaction processes.
Work on data migration, reports, and custom developments.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP ABAP (Reports, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADI, BAPI, RFC, ALE/IDocs, OData).
Hands-on experience in SAP CRM Technical.
Good knowledge of CRM Web UI, Middleware, BOL/GENIL.
Experience in CRM Order Management and Service processes.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in integration with ECC/S4HANA systems.
Knowledge of SAP HANA and CDS Views is an added advantage.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
