Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with strong technical expertise in SAP development and customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABAP programming, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and integration with SAP functional modules.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP.
Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
Develop Classical, Interactive, and ALV Reports.
Create and maintain SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
Design and develop interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and APIs.
Work on user exits, BADIs, enhancements, and module pool programming.
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
Support SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development.
Expertise in:
Reports (ALV, Interactive, Classical)
SmartForms / Adobe Forms / SAP Scripts
Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs)
Interfaces (IDOCs, RFC, BAPI)
Data Dictionary Objects
Module Pool Programming
OOPS ABAP
Knowledge of SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, PP, or HCM.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and CDS Views is preferred.
Exposure to OData, Fiori, and SAP UI5 will be an added advantage.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Experience in support and implementation projects preferred.
