Position: SAP ABAP Consultant
Experience: 3-8 years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP
- Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF objects)
- Design and develop ALV reports, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms
- Handle data dictionary objects, function modules, and BAPIs
- Work on enhancements such as User Exits, BADIs, and implicit/explicit enhancements
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in SAP systems
- Collaborate with functional consultants (FICO, SD, MM, etc.) for requirement gathering
- Perform unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Ensure code quality and follow SAP best practices
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming
- Experience with ALV Reports, Smart Forms, and Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, BAPI)
- Hands-on experience in enhancements (User Exits, BADIs)
- Knowledge of SAP modules like FICO, SD, MM (basic functional understanding)
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning
- Familiarity with SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC)
🔹 Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of OData, CDS Views, or SAP UI5 (basic level)
- Experience in SAP workflows
- Understanding of integration techniques
🔹 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
- SAP ABAP certification (preferred but not mandatory)

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical mindset
