Role Description

We are seeking a SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in Chennai for a full-time, on-site role. The SAP ABAP Consultant will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying applications using ABAP programming language. Day-to-day tasks include developing ALV reports, implementing user exits, handling BAPIs and IDocs, and leveraging Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies. The role requires close collaboration with functional teams to ensure efficient integration and performance of business processes within the SAP environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and optimizing ALV Reports
• Experience in implementing User Exits and working with BAPIs
• Hands-on expertise with IDoc configuration and management
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in an SAP environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is a plus
