SAP ABAP Cloud developer
Pay: ₱80,000.00 - ₱100,000.00 per month
Roles And Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using ABAP Cloud in SAP S/4HANA and BTP environments.
- Implement RAP-based services, CDS views, and OData APIs for integration and UI consumption.
- Ensure compliance with clean core principles and SAP’s cloud extensibility guidelines.
Integration & Optimization
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate SAP systems with external applications using OData, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Quality & Compliance
- Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and participate in quality assurance processes.
- Maintain technical documentation for all developments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Stay updated on SAP’s latest ABAP Cloud innovations, tools, and best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
Required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 1 year in ABAP Cloud / RAP.
- Strong knowledge of CDS views, OData services, and BTP development tools.
- Experience with S/4HANA Cloud extensibility and clean core principles.
- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Preferred
- SAP Certification in ABAP for SAP HANA or ABAP Cloud.
- Experience with Adobe Forms, Fiori Elements and UI5 integration.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
