Description:

Thales is looking for SAP ABAP Consultant for its SAP ECC implementation project, candidates must have strong experience in all core areas of development (RICEFW) with possible expertise in Workflow, IDOC or forms, to join our dynamic team.

Candidate must have 8+ years of experience. Responsibilities: • Develop medium and high-complexity RICEFW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow. • Understand requirements from functional specifications clearly and map the requirements to prepare technical specification. • Collaborate with functional teams to gather and understand technical requirements. • Support the testing team during unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. • Collaborate with the ABAP Lead for code reviews and optimization. Technical experience: • Proficient in ABAP Workbench, Reports, Data Dictionary, Classes, OO ABAP, BDC, LSMW, User Exits, BADI, Enhancements, LSMW, BAPI, Smart forms, Interactive Adobe Forms, ALV Reports, Module Pool Programming and IDocs. • Good to have experience in Workflows. • Develop and customize ABAP code to implement workflow functionality, including event triggers, decision points, and data processing. • Perform testing and debugging of RICEF objects to ensure proper functionality and adherence to requirements. • Monitor and maintain performance considerations, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks or system issues on technical deliverables.
