About the role

Santa Fe Christian Schools is seeking a Head Coach for our Cross Country team in the 26/27 season.

This Coach will conduct practices, motivate student-athletes, and instruct athletes in strategies and techniques. It is our desire that our entire SFC athletic community: coaches, players, and parents, participate in a way that honors God and conveys a positive witness to those around us.

This is a seasonal position from February through May

Qualifications

Believer in Jesus Christ
Agree with and affirm the SFC Statement of Faith
Agree with and affirm the SFC Declaration of Ethical and Moral Integrity
Have a passion for discipling students through athletics
Prior coaching experience preferred
BA/BS a plus
High energy level
Time management skills
