The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams in the area of regulatory compliance, maintenance of product licenses and technical writing of CMC documents. The team members of the global M&S Services Hub will act as partners in carrying out tasks and fulfilling responsibilities to support global quality activities with a focus on technical writing.
Main responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with stipulated requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of data engineers, SAP experts, Scrum master and Power BI developers. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure the quality and accuracy of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Coordinate with SAP expert in translation of business requirements. Work in close collaboration with Scrum Master to track the project deliverables and manage timelines. Oversee the development and implementation of Power BI dashboards and reports.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure stakeholder requirements are met, and expectations are managed.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, processes, and outcomes. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, SAP ERPs and Power BI.
