Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition and Talent Management services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. This role will be responsible to coordinate meetings/events, facilitate discussions, and review/prepare materials to support our Talent management function. Main responsibilities: Provide administrative and logistical support for various talent programs and/or meetings , including the preparation and distribution of program materials, scheduling of meetings and events, tracking of participant Progress, and summarizing outputs & actions. Assist in the development, testing and adaptation of talent program materials, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market needs. Liaise between external partners and internal Hogan debriefers and requestors to plan, communicate and administer Hogan assessments. Assist in the development, testing and adaptation of talent management materials and learning content in our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market needs. Tailor "Potential for Growth" and career development materials and learning content as requested by Local Activation and People & Business Partners (PBPs). Deliver engaging virtual training programs to equip people leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively participate in the Potential for Growth (P4G) process. Provide comprehensive operational and logistical support for talent programs and events, including virtual event coordination, participant communication, and material distribution.
