About the role

Our Team: The ServiceNow team is a multinational team that supporters 70 manufacturing sites and all of Sanofi's locations in 170 countries using ServiceNow. Main responsibilities: Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Mapping, Data Governance, CMDB Management), HRSD, and CSM. Scripting: Write and maintain complex client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts. Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and functionality. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications and processes. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver robust solutions. Best Practices: Implement and promote ServiceNow best practices and industry standards. Support: Provide advanced support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. About you Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, and at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Skills: 3+ Years (L2) and 5+Years (L3) of extensive experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform Architecture, Components, CMDB and CSDM Data Foundation. Experience with AI Operations (Artificial Intelligence) and Event Mgmt. Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques. Dashboard andReportsdevelopment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience withAgile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. CSA is a must. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. Proven track record of leading successful ServiceNow projects.
