Main responsibilities:
Participate in team ideation sessions and design thinking workshops, with the aim of co-creating relevant solutions and developing problem-solving skills
Contribute to the transformation of user needs and product requirements into clear, well-thought-out concepts, based on the principles of design thinking
Support the mapping of user paths and flows, to help frame problems and explore design opportunities
Take part in the design of digital product experiences by supporting the creation of interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma
Collaborate with senior designers to apply design systems, interface components and brand guidelines, ensuring the visual consistency of interfaces
Support the preparation of design deliverables for sprint reviews, design critiques and handover phases to developers, within an agile working framework
Contribute to the organization and maintenance of shared design files, libraries and documents, to foster fluid collaboration within the product team
Participate in the continuous improvement of the user experience by welcoming feedback with curiosity and applying an iterative design approach
About you
Skills and know-how: creativity, rigor, analytical mind. Knowledge of Sigma
Education: master's degree +5 in Product Design, UX Design or Visual Design
Languages: fluent English required
