Designation: Senior Marketing Operations Specialist
Office Location: Ortigas East Pasig (Office) / Remote
Position description: Reporting as Senior Marketing Operations Specialist (Sanity CMS Execution), you'll be responsible for increasing the performance of marketing functions through strategic thinking, project management, process optimization, and effective use of marketing technologies. This role drives operational excellence across marketing systems while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
In addition, the role includes hands-on execution within CMS platforms such as Sanity, supporting timely and accurate website updates while adhering to established templates, structures, and governance standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations and Strategy
- Perform operational strategizing and execution across a variety of marketing tools, systems, and processes such as website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics & Reporting tools.
- Manage lead routing, automation, integration between various MarTech tools, along with platform implementations and data migrations.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to processes and workflows.
- Contribute to process changes and documentation efforts on workflows and processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship for Marketing Operations Specialists and Associates.
- Able to be pioneer usage of new technology tools/platforms and lead exploratory projects
- Able to differentiate the other functions roles and responsibilities
CMS Execution (Sanity Focus)
- Provide day-to-day execution support within Sanity CMS to enable faster website updates
- Create and update web pages using existing templates, components, and approved page patterns
- Support content publishing and perform quality assurance (QA) checks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute updates using approved content
Scope & Governance:
- Work stays within existing Sanity structure, templates, and approved page patterns/components.
- Scope is limited to page updates, page creation within existing patterns, publish support, and QA.
- Client provides approved copy/content.
- Client provides Sanity access and publishing permissions as needed.
- Client owns final business approval / signoff.
- No custom development, no schema redesign, no content-model work unless separately approved.
What You Need to Succeed
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, IT, or related fields
- Mandatory to have experience in Sanity CMS platform
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and CMS tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Sitecore) is a plus
- Hands-on experience in CMS content execution and publishing workflows
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, campaign operations, and lead lifecycle management
- Experience working within structured CMS environments with governance controls
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Certification in email marketing or Marketing Automation Platforms is a plus

Working Mode / Arrangement
- Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days Work From Home (WFH) and 2 days Work From Office (WFO) at Ortigas East, Pasig, Philippines office location.
- Flexible to support remote or fully work-from-home setup, with willingness to attend office when required for company events, client meetings, or team-building activities.
- Open to working across AMER time zones, depending on business and client requirements (yet APAC/EMEA/MENA shift is considered)
- Willing to travel occasionally for business needs.
- Open to relocation or expatriate assignment, if required, particularly for onsite training, knowledge transfer, or supporting new team members.
