Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vapi for a sanitary napkin Machine Operator. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring machine performance, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols. The role may require the use of hand tools for adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sanitary napkin or baby diaper Machine Operation and familiarity with various types of machinery
- Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure products meet required standards
- Knowledge of Hand Tools and their application in machinery adjustments and maintenance
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Basic technical education or certification in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
