LEAD ENGINEERS CIVIL (SOLAR)

As a Lead Engineer Civil (Solar), you will be responsible for leading the civil engineering team in the execution of solar power plant projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing civil designs, drawings, and technical specifications for solar power plant foundations, access roads, drainage systems, and other civil infrastructure - Coordinating with the project management team to ensure timely completion of civil works - Supervising and monitoring the construction activities carried out by the civil contractor - Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations - Providing technical support and guidance to the site engineering team - Identifying and resolving any civil engineering-related issues that arise during project implementation - Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality of construction - Preparing progress reports and other documentation as required
