Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions including software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
- Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in IT or software development hiring.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and job market trends.
