• Provide training & support to the clients.
• Handling Software Implementation Support
• Understand and map the software process with client requirements.
• Experience in ticket handling, monitoring, processes, and metrics.
• Ready to travel as per the requirement.
• Must be able to meet tight timelines
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively across geographies/time zones
• Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
  
  

Required Skills: The candidate should be able to communicate in Hindi effectively.
