Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture leads by understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients, maintain records of interactions, and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Build rapport with new and existing customers, answer queries, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively supported.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
