🛠️ Your Role
- Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair residential/light commercial plumbing systems.
- Installations: Manage equipment changeouts and emergency hot water heater replacements.
- Customer Care: Provide professional advice to keep our neighbors' homes safe and comfortable.
- Leadership: Help mentor and oversee apprentices on the job site.
✅ What You Bring
- Licensure: Valid MA Journeyman Plumber license (Required).
- Clean Record: Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Experience: Solid background in residential/light commercial service. (Heating system experience is a plus!)
- Mindset: A team-player attitude with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
