• Field Force Operations team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence for Sandoz worldwide.
• Facilitate data enabled decision making and execution for Sandoz internal customers by providing techno-functional expertise in short-term and long-term sales operations and strategy.
• Contribute to FFSO teams by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on- boarding and training support.
• Enable standardization of processed through building process documentation and timely maintenance of knowledge repositories.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
Create and deliver on CRM data management (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc.) for Sandoz field forces and drive excellent end user experience
Designs and/or maintains various technology based solutions that optimizes field excellence activities based on Country commercial excellence needs through varied variety of evolving infrastructure landscape including but not limited to customer interaction platforms (Salesforce.com, etc)
Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
Owns collaboration with stakeholders independently through excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function
Develops and maintains knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc. Support team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization
Participate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function. Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events
Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes
Comply to all Sandoz operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements
What you bring to the role:
Qualifications/Requirements
Education (minimum/desirable): Graduate / Post Graduate in Technology or Data Science related domains
Languages: Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage
Experience:
- Experience (3-5 years) in analytics based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain
- Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
- Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
- Proven track record of maintaining data in CRM platforms
- Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
- Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery
- Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
