About the role

Provides the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting internal and external customer relationships. Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction, working towards removing possible barriers in ensuring that products are exchanged and returned in line with the warranty policy. Roles And Responsibilities: Regularly audits work being done by internal and third-party provider teams to ensure all standards are met Support with new systems implementation /training Effectively support internal teams and service providers, to ensure team objectives are being carried out Assist in developing processes to meet specific customer RMA requirements Write regular inventory reports, detailing inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data Coordinate with warehouse employees, and shipping supervisors to plan and schedule pickups and distribution of inventory items Job Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment while maintaining quality of work Strong Written and Verbal Communication Requires excellent communication and organization skills Understands CRM systems and practices, such Oracle, SAP, and Sales Force Good team player and able to work autonomously Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
