Position Summary
We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and mission-driven Clinical Recruiter to lead and manage talent acquisition across our organization. This role will play a key part in helping us grow by identifying and attracting top talent for both clinical and administrative positions.
While experience in clinical or healthcare recruiting is a plus, it is not required. We’re especially interested in someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, highly organized, and excited about connecting great people with meaningful work. Key Responsibilities
-Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from job postings and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
-Sourcing Strategy: Develop creative strategies to attract therapists (SLPs, OTs, PTs), therapy assistants, and support staff
-Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong, ongoing pipeline of candidates for current and future needs
-Collaboration: Partner closely with clinical leadership and operations to align hiring priorities and timelines
-Candidate Experience: Create a positive, engaging experience that reflects Sanctum’s culture and values
-Data & Reporting: Track recruiting metrics and use insights to continuously improve hiring strategies
-Employer Branding: Represent Sanctum Health Partners through social media, job fairs, university partnerships, and community outreach
Qualifications
-Healthcare or clinical recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
-Comfortable using sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, social media, etc.) or willing to learn quickly
-Passion for making an impact in pediatric healthcare
