We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.<br><br>

<strong>Open Positions - PART TIME:</strong><br><br>
</div><ol>
<li>Weekday Overnight Sleep Shift: 10 PM – 8 AM (Monday - Thursday) </li>
<li>Every Other Sunday Overnight Sleep Shift: 10 PM – 8 AM<strong><br><br>** </strong>Hourly rate applies to first hour of work from 10 pm - 11 pm, from 11 pm - 8 am employee will receive a flat rate ($95.00) due to these being sleep shifts. </li>
</ol><div>
<strong>What We're Looking For:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Availability</strong>: Must be available to work overnight during the week fo</li>
<li><strong>A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.</strong></li>
<li>
<strong>1 year of experience</strong> supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).</li>
<li>
<strong>High school diploma</strong> or equivalent.</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul><li>
<strong>1+ year of experience</strong> working in a group home setting.</li></ul><div>
