About the role

As garden3d's Senior Account Lead, you'll own the end-to-end client experience and revenue portfolio for our 30-person, ~$6 MM/year collective specializing in digital design and development. You will play a pivotal role in driving account growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining project profitability. This role is perfect for a strategic relationship-builder with a keen eye for detail and extensive experience managing complex engagements. Beyond high-level account oversight, you'll develop multi-year growth plans, lead executive-level conversations, and implement clear governance and change-management processes to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals. You'll partner closely with our Founder and our cross-functional Team Leads to translate garden3d's strategic vision into tangible results for our clients—and our bottom line.
