Creative Intern (Social Media & Graphic Design)

Sanctity AI is a Netherlands-based startup founded by an IIT alum. We're a small but sharp team, building AI tools that are not just smart, but safe and genuinely useful to humans. We're not in the business of throwing fancy UIs on top of someone else's API. We're diving deep—developing our own algorithms, designing for alignment, and shaping how AI agents should behave in the real world. It's not easy, but that's what makes it worth it. We're building in a space where a lot of people talk ethics, but very few ship products that actually embody it. Our work sits at the core of some of the most exciting and important challenges in AI right now: LLM training, prompt orchestration, agent infrastructure, and responsible deployment. What You'll Do Social Media Mastery Content Strategy: Strategically create and curate engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other key platforms. Short-form Video Production: Confidently produce high-quality short-form videos, reels, and captivating visual content. Brand Representation: Embrace a visible role by becoming a compelling face for Sanctity AI, offering the unique opportunity to build your personal presence alongside our growing vision. Caption Crafting: Craft compelling captions that captivate audiences and foster meaningful engagement. Algorithm Optimization: Use your deep understanding of social algorithms to enhance reach and impact. Community Engagement: Foster authentic connections within our online community through genuine interaction. Exceptional Graphic Design Visual Design: Design outstanding visuals for posts, stories, ads, and banners using Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent design tools. Brand Identity: Develop and consistently maintain Sanctity's distinctive visual identity. Video Production & Editing: Produce and edit impactful video content designed to capture attention and tell compelling stories. Advanced Visual Assets: Create sophisticated visual assets including templates, highlights, and infographics that resonate deeply with our audience.
