Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives across our AI/ML-powered voice platform. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for setting product strategy, driving execution, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
You will operate at the intersection of AI/ML, real-time infrastructure, and enterprise customer needs, helping define the next generation of our core products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical product areas
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and GTM teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences
- Translate complex technical capabilities (e.g., real-time speech processing, low-latency systems) into customer-facing value
- Lead product discovery through customer insights, data analysis, and market research
- Own key product metrics and drive measurable business impact
- Make high-judgment decisions with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor and influence PMs and cross-functional partners without direct authority
- Help build scalable product processes as the company grows
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with experience at the senior or staff level
- Strong background in AI/ML, voice technology, or real-time systems
- Proven track record of shipping complex, technical products at scale
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS and customer workflows
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

- Experience with speech recognition, audio processing, or conversational AI
- Background working on developer platforms or APIs
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Experience with vibe coding prototypes to socialize concepts internally and externally
