</div><div>We are seeking a highly organized, warm, and dependable <strong>Studio Office Manager</strong> to oversee front desk operations and support the daily flow of the studio.<br><br>

<li>Enrollment & Student Management (Jackrabbit)</li>
<li>Front Desk & Email Communication</li>
<li>Billing & Account Management</li>
<li>Event & Performance Operations</li>
<li>Operations & Facility Management</li>
</ul><div> <strong>Systems & Software<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate is comfortable learning and consistently using structured systems:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Jackrabbit Class</strong> (primary system for enrollment, billing, attendance)</li>
<li>
<strong>Google Workspace</strong> (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)</li>
<li>
<strong>Email communication platforms</strong> (scheduled + mass emails)</li>
<li>
<strong>Wix </strong>(emails + website upkeep)</li>
<li>
<strong>TutuTix</strong> (ticketing system – training provided)</li>
</ul><div>Strong computer literacy and attention to detail are required.<br><br>
</div><div> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>2+ years in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations role preferred</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Adaptable and resourceful, can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously</li>
<li>Reliable, consistent, and proactive with follow-through</li>
<li>Comfortable working in structured systems and processes</li>
