Role Description
We are looking for a Sampling & Product Development Coordinator who will take complete responsibility of sample execution — from raw material to final ready sample.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive design / sample brief from our team
- Coordinate with karigars, vendors, polish, plating & finishing units
- Ensure timely sample development as per design & quality
- Follow up daily till sample is fully ready
- Coordinate for corrections, rework & final finishing
- Maintain basic sample tracking (what is in process, what is ready)
What We Expect
- Experience in home décor / handicrafts / metal-wood products
- Strong follow-up & coordination skills
- Ground-level execution mindset (field work involved)
- Quality-conscious (finish, size, stability, look)
