Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sampling Merchandiser role based in Mumbai. The Sampling Merchandiser will coordinate and manage the sampling process, ensuring timely delivery and quality of samples. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams on design concepts, managing customer requirements, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction. The role will require active participation in facilitating sales and promotional activities related to the developed samples.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• At least 10 years of knowledge and experience in operations for understanding customer needs and improving product offerings.
• Organizational and time management skills to ensure workflows are streamlined and deadlines are met.
• Prior experience in the apparel industry or sampling processes is a plus.
