Role Description
The Sample Co-Ordinator will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of product samples, including tracking, organizing, and distributing them to clients and teams. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, coordinating with internal teams for sample creation, ensuring timely dispatch, and keeping accurate documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad, requiring close collaboration with various departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sample Management and Inventory Management for tracking and organizing product samples
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Basic Laboratory Skills and knowledge of handling materials
- Exceptional Organization Skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Relevant experience or educational background in supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field is beneficial
