Core Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Software Asset Management
- Hands on experience with Flexera OR any other SAM tool (e.g., Snow, USU, Matrix42)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Software licensing models (Perpetual, Subscription, SaaS, Concurrent, Named User)
- Entitlement reconciliation and compliance analysis
- Experience with SAM (implementation or operations) or strong willingness to transition into ServiceNow
ServiceNow Experience (Preferred)
- Experience with:
- SAM
- Discovery / CMDB
- Software Model & Normalization
Good-to-Have Skills
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) / Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Experience working with:
- SCCM
- Intune
- JAMF
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills

✔ Holds B.Tech. or MCA (mandatory)
