Core Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Software Asset Management
• Handson experience with Flexera OR any other SAM tool (e.g., Snow, USU, Matrix42)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Software licensing models (Perpetual, Subscription, SaaS, Concurrent, Named User)
• Entitlement reconciliation and compliance analysis
• Experience with SAM (implementation or operations) or strong willingness to transition into ServiceNow

ServiceNow Experience (Preferred)

• Experience with:
• SAM
• Discovery / CMDB
• Software Model & Normalization

Good-to-Have Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) / Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Experience working with:
• SCCM
• Intune
• JAMF
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ Understands licensing compliance deeply

✔ Ready to transition and grow in ServiceNow ecosystem

✔ Holds B.Tech. or MCA (mandatory)
