Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Korba for SAM/BDM/AP/Sr AP positions at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with customers and channel partners, and promoting ABSLI’s life insurance products within the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales and productivity targets, conducting customer meetings and presentations, supporting policy issuance processes, and ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends, providing feedback to management, and adhering to all regulatory and company compliance standards. Team collaboration, regular reporting, and participation in training and development activities are integral parts of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage effectively with customers and partners.
- Basic understanding of life insurance products, financial services, and market dynamics; willingness to learn and upskill.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, MS Office, and digital tools for reporting, tracking, and customer interactions.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in finance, commerce, or marketing is an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales is preferred but not mandatory for junior positions.
- Ability to work on-site in Korba, manage field activities, and maintain a high level of integrity and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
