Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Korba for a Senior Agency Manager (SAM), Business Development Manager (BDM), Associate Partner (AP), or Senior Associate Partner (Sr AP). The role involves managing and developing a team of financial advisors, driving sales of insurance products, and achieving business targets. The responsibilities also include identifying and building strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring policy conversions, and providing customer support for after-sales services. The role requires creating and managing sales strategies, market analysis, and regular reporting to ensure the growth of the designated territory.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Experience in team management and leadership, especially in guiding and motivating financial advisors or similar teams.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulatory compliance, and risk management is preferred.
- Proficiency in market analysis, planning, and reporting.
- A self-motivated individual capable of working in a target-driven and on-site environment.
- Previous experience in the financial or insurance sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is required.
