Role: Workplace Designer

• Salary: Rs. 10-18 lakhs per annum

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate directly with clients alongside a Customer Success Representative.
2. Manage all Design/Test Fitting service requests from demos and active clients, primarily focusing on office and workplace interior design, including but not limited to:

• Creating layouts and mood boards based on client profiles and guidelines.
• Conducting test-fits of floor plans using the Saltmine platform.
• Ensuring compliance with program requirements and space budgets.
• Meeting all technical requirements and compliance standards.
• Delivering design files in the Saltmine app on time as per the agreed timeline.
• Participating in client meetings as needed to gather feedback and discuss change requests.
• Quickly understanding design requirements and guidelines of global organizations and translating them into practical applications for their office spaces.
• Collaborating with the Planning team on strategy changes and discrepancies.
• Establishing and enhancing the creative/design test-fit workflow while standardizing processes.
• Providing foundational training to team members to elevate designers' skills to expectations.
• Managing a team of strategists and designers.

4. Capable of delivering high-quality interior design solutions (test fits and design ideation).

6. Eager to learn new technologies and tools to enhance design processes.

Skills and Experience:

1. Over 9 years of experience in workplace/office design.
2. Proven experience in creating space layouts and familiarity with workplace design principles.
3. Proficient in CAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
4. Basic project management experience.
5. Ownership of content in client-facing environments.
6. Prior experience in team management is essential.
