Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior UI/UX Product Designer with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Enterprise SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting exceptional user experiences, from concept to delivery, and possess a deep understanding of both 0-1 product development and enterprise SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the customer-centric vision, strategy, and execution of user experience design.
2. Advocate for new interaction models designed for simplicity and discoverability to meet user needs.
3. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Senior Management to align product development strategy with target audience needs, brand positioning, revenue goals, and team resources.
4. Define and manage the user research plan, incorporating findings into the design process.
5. Optimize products by analyzing user engagement performance metrics and testing alternate design solutions.
6. Provide thought leadership in areas such as information architecture, interaction design, visual design, user experience best practices, user research, and online user behavior.
7. Promote customer-centric design and ensure usability considerations are prioritized in product decisions.
8. Foster a creative, positive, efficient, and collaborative team working environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
4. Experience in the Enterprise B2B SaaS products preferred.
5. Previous experience owning and executing UX designs through collaborative decision-making.
6. Deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, scenarios, wireframing, content modeling, prototyping, user research, and design systems.
7. Data-driven mindset with strong business management and analysis skills.
8. Self-sufficient work style with the ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment.
