About the role

The Application Manager – Business Operations role provides oversight and day-to-day support for the business applications that enable operations at Salt River Community Gaming Enterprises (SRCGE). This includes providing business analyst support, project management, and technical assistance to ensure the successful implementation, testing, configuration, and support of key systems. The Application Manager works closely with business leaders, vendors, and the IT team to ensure application issues are resolved quickly and collaboratively. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical skills, and strong communication abilities.

About the company

Salt River Community Gaming Enterprises (SRCGE) is the gaming and entertainment division of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC). SRCGE oversees the day-to-day operations of two premier gaming and entertainment destinations - Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort. The community's goal is to provide entertainment, dining, and hospitality experiences that exceed guests' expectations while promoting and preserving the culture and traditions of the SRPMIC.
