Salt Talent Search is looking for a B2B Sales Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role.
What Will You Do:
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, proactively identifying and engaging potential clients who stand to benefit from for Business
- Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding clients' business challenges and demonstrating how for Business can address their specific needs.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
- Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service
- Maintain a robust and dynamic sales pipeline, consistently adding new prospects, advancing deals, and ensuring a healthy conversion to meet company objectives
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction
- Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
- Proactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets
- Regularly share progress on sales performance and client feedback to analyse and identify best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success
- Represent the for Business training program at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness, identify potential partnership opportunities, and engage with Programme partners
What Do You Need:
- Sales Expertise: A strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure. Experience in consultative and solution-based selling is valuable.
- Client Relationship Management: The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understanding client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address client objections and find solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tracking tools (like hubspot) and CRM systems to monitor and report on sales performance.
- Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in the sales landscape and adjust strategies to respond to evolving market dynamics.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance multiple leads and sales activities.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations.
