Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Handling
- Welcome clients warmly and ensure premium customer experience
- Manage appointments (walk-in / phone / WhatsApp / online booking)
- Handle billing, payments, daily cash closing, and POS operations
- Maintain customer database and service records
- Guide clients about salon services, packages, memberships, and products
Team Supervision & Operations
- Supervise daily salon operations and staff coordination
- Allocate duties and manage service flow to avoid waiting time
- Train and motivate stylists / therapists / helpers
- Ensure hygiene standards and SOP compliance
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Sales & Business Support
- Achieve monthly service and retail sales targets
- Promote offers, memberships, and product sales
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements
- Support management in marketing activities and business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 2–6 years experience in salon / spa / wellness industry
- Experience in front desk + team handling role preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English – local language advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software / Excel / POS)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Leadership ability and target-oriented approach
- Well-groomed personality and professional behaviour
- Willing to work on weekends and peak hours
Preferred Profile
- Experience in premium salon or luxury wellness setup
- Knowledge of salon services, trends, and client consultation
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
