Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager for a full-time on-site role at our Sangli location. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team schedules, and ensure a superior standard of service. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, maintaining client relationships, implementing efficient workflows, and upholding salon cleanliness and compliance with regulations. Additionally, the Salon Manager will collaborate with the team to meet business goals and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care services to guide and support the salon team effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain positive client relationships and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Experience with Hiring, training, and managing a team in a salon or similar setting.
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless salon operations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations related to salon management.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in cosmetology, business management, or similar field preferred.
