Role Description The Salon Manager at Nail Rituals will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent client experiences, and maintain high service standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in South Delhi and includes managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and monitoring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols. The Salon Manager will handle client inquiries and feedback, support sales of services and products, and maintain inventory and vendor relationships. The role also involves recruiting and training team members, implementing marketing and promotional activities, and maintaining salon records, targets, and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in salon services, including Cosmetology and Hair Care, with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, resolve concerns, and support a welcoming salon environment.
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and supervising staff, with the ability to coach team members and build a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Proven ability to manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Basic understanding of sales and local marketing to drive bookings, upsell services, and support business growth.
- Prior experience as a salon manager or in a similar supervisory role in beauty, wellness, or hospitality is preferred.
- Certificate or diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work full time on site in South Delhi, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
