Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
. Monthly & annual salon revenue achievement
. Profitability / bottom-line performance
. Customer satisfaction and retention
. Repeat customer percentage
. Average bill value
. Retail sales achievement
. Team productivity and target achievement
. Inventory accuracy and stock control
. Complaint resolution and service quality
. Salon hygiene, upkeep, and operational compliance
Desired Candidate Profile:
. Strong experience in team management, customer service, sales, and business operations.
. Proven track record of achieving revenue and business targets.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong customer complaint-handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
. Strong understanding of inventory, billing, and operational controls.
. Presentable, well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced salon environment.
. Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
. Passion for the beauty, wellness, grooming, and salon industry will be preferred.
