</div><div><strong>Position Overview</strong></div><div>Salman Capital is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our commercial and residential property portfolio. This role serves as a key point of contact for tenants, prospects, and vendors, and involves coordinating maintenance and vendor services, handling administrative tasks, and helping ensure properties run smoothly and efficiently.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>
</div><div><strong>Resident & Tenant Relations</strong></div><ul>
<li> Greet and assist residents, tenants, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner </li>
<li> Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns </li>
<li> Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and maintenance requests </li>
<li> Maintain strong tenant relationships through excellent communication and customer service </li>
</ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Operations & Administration</strong></div><ul>
<li> Maintain organized tenant files, records, and compliance documentation </li>
<li> Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services </li>
<li> Assist with rent collection, invoices, delinquency follow-up, and payment plans </li>
<li> Support daily office operations and administrative tasks </li>
<li> Conduct regular property walkthroughs and inspections </li>
<li> Document inspection findings and monitor completion of repairs or violations </li>
<li> Support move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections </li>
<li> Maintain accurate records, reports, and leasing documentation </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li> Previous property management, leasing, or administrative experience preferred </li>
<li> Customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or related industries welcome) </li>
<li> Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills </li>
<li> Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail </li>
<li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li> Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems </li>
<li> Fluent Spanish is strongly preferred </li>
