Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Saleswoman role based in Rohini. You will be responsible for engaging with potential users to create awareness about PANHA’s services and building meaningful relationships. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, conducting outreach activities, answering client queries, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. You will play a critical role in expanding the reach of PANHA and helping individuals in need access transformative support.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including identifying leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach
- Ability to manage records, organize outreach activities, and effectively address customer inquiries
- Team collaboration and professional, responsible work ethic
- Ability to understand and align with PANHA’s values and vision of providing trauma-informed care
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus
- Basic knowledge
