Ambassador (Part-Time, Commission + Equity)

25 Point Systems Inc., creator of the Tier 25 and Recruiting 25 apps, is expanding globally and looking for high-level professionals to join us as Ambassadors.
This is not a typical sales role. It’s an opportunity to represent a proven system that helps agencies grow through better productivity and recruiting—while building long-term income and ownership in a fast-growing company.
Our platform is supported by a complete ecosystem, including a comprehensive recruiting training program and a #1 best-selling book, The Recruiting Blueprint, by our CEO, John Baier.
What You’ll Do
- Introduce agencies and managers to Tier 25 and Recruiting 25
- Promote our recruiting system, training programs, and methodology
- Recruit and onboard new users
- Build relationships with agency leaders and industry professionals
- Support and grow your local user base
- Help managers improve recruiting results using our system
- Represent 25 Point Systems at events, webinars, and industry forums
Who This Is For
We’re looking for professionals who:
- Have experience in life insurance, sales leadership, recruiting, or agency management
- Have a strong network in financial services, insurance, or direct sales
- Are respected and influential in their market
- Think entrepreneurially and are motivated by long-term income and equity
- Are passionate about helping others grow through better systems
- Are comfortable using apps, social media, and virtual tools
Compensation
- Ongoing revenue share: 20% (10% sales + 10% service)
- Quarterly cash bonuses based on performance
- Stock incentives:
- 30 users in 90 days = 2,500 shares
- 100 users in 90 days = 5,000 shares
- Recognition, leadership opportunities, and global exposure
