Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, silver-tongued Sales Representative who thrives on the phone and possesses a mastery of the English language. This isn't a role for "order takers"—we need a closer who can articulate complex value propositions, navigate gatekeepers with ease, and paint a vivid picture of how Stick2Earn will dominate a client's local market. You must be fearless in cold calling and possess the professional polish to consult with Marketing Directors and Business Owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressive Cold Outreach: Execute a high volume of cold calls daily to prospective advertisers, turning cold lists into warm opportunities.
- Service Articulation: Master the ability to explain our unique "moving billboard" model, highlighting the ROI, reach, and driver-network scale to skeptical prospects.
- Lead Qualification & Closing: Identify pain points in a prospect's current marketing mix and position Stick2Earn as the missing link to their growth.
- Objection Handling: Use superior verbal agility to flip "not interested" or "we don't have a budget" into discovery meetings and signed contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a meticulous record of interactions in the CRM to ensure a relentless follow-up cadence.
- Strategic Pitching: Tailor your pitch to different industries (Real Estate, Law, Retail, etc.) to show specific market dominance.
Qualifications
- Verbal Mastery: 10/10 English proficiency is mandatory. You must be able to speak with a clear, professional, and persuasive North American or neutral accent that builds immediate trust.
- Cold Calling Grit: 2+ years of experience in high-volume outbound sales. You view a "hang-up" as just one step closer to a "Yes."
- Persuasive Storytelling: The ability to explain a service so well that the client feels they are losing money by not using it.
- Resilience: A thick skin and a competitive spirit. You are motivated by targets and the thrill of the hunt.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Base Salary: ₹20,000 INR per month.
High-Impact Bonus: 5% Commission on every sale.
