Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, engaging in client meetings, and providing tailored automation solutions. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct effective market research and identify potential leads
- Understanding of industrial automation solutions, including PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI development
- Proficient in communication and presentation, with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the automation or industrial solutions sector is highly advantageous
- Experience - 1-2 years
